How champions train their minds the way they train their bodies — building the habits, focus, and self-belief that drive success on and off the mat.
Reframing every match and every setback as feedback. When you compete to learn, you're never truly losing — you're always getting better.
Managing emotions, leading teammates, and showing up with character. The skills that win matches are the same ones that win at life.
For experienced, competition-minded wrestlers ready for a faster pace, higher-level technique, and more live wrestling.
For newer and younger wrestlers building fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the sport in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Athletes are placed by experience level, and our coaches may move wrestlers between tracks throughout the camp to keep everyone challenged and growing.

No experience necessary! The camp is open to all skill levels, grades K–12, boys and girls. Athletes are placed in one of two tracks — Intensive for experienced, competition-minded wrestlers, and Development for newer wrestlers building fundamentals — so everyone is challenged and supported.
Comfortable workout clothes, wrestling shoes if you have them (not required), a water bottle, and a packed lunch. There's a lunch break from 12:00–1:00pm each day. Just bring a great attitude and a willingness to work hard!
